Comparison
Choose by how you work, not by feature lists.
Choose the situation you are dealing with. We write these comparisons ourselves, so we also explain when a spreadsheet is enough.
Guests and RSVP
The approved response, menu and dietary restrictions are saved to the guest. There is no need to copy them from the form sheet.
Shared spreadsheetResponses arrive on a new form sheet. Match them to guests manually or with a formula.
KruspinAn approved response is saved directly to the guest, along with their menu and dietary restrictions. You or the client approve it. If a name exactly matches one guest, Kruspin preselects them.
ManualApprove the response. Free the table seat and room nights yourself.

Criteria
Evaluate a tool on a whole wedding.
Feature lists look alike. The difference appears when you take one wedding from a guest change through to vendor documents. A separate page explains six steps to try in every tool.
Next step
A comparison through one guest change.
Kruspin or a shared spreadsheet
A guest declines: what you update in a spreadsheet and in the app, and when a spreadsheet is enough.
TemplatesFive spreadsheets to download without an account: guests, seating, timeline, checklist and budget.

When do I not need Kruspin?
If you manage weddings on your own, with no accommodation, only a few vendors and a client who does not edit the plan, a spreadsheet and calendar will probably be enough.
Can I switch in the middle of the season?
Finish weddings already in progress where they are, and start your next one in Kruspin. Upload guests from your existing spreadsheet using a CSV or XLSX file.
