Venue and logistics
Separate ceremony and reception venues, guest transport, a wet-weather plan or a venue without its own kitchen add vendors and timeline items.

Date and travel
The season, weekends and travel outside your region affect availability and price. Travel and accommodation on the wedding day are often separate items.

Why do coordinators' prices vary so much?
The same service name can cover very different work. One coordination service starts a month before the wedding, another a year ahead. One coordinator comes alone, another with an assistant. Compare proposals by what they include, not just the amount.
How do I price wedding day coordination only?
Include the handover too: meeting the couple, reviewing contracts and the timeline, checking with vendors and running the ceremony rehearsal if that is part of your work. The day itself is only part of the job.
