- Look for an email titled “Your Kruspin verification code”, including in spam.
- The code is valid for 5 minutes. Use Send new code to request another, no earlier than one minute after the previous one.
- After three incorrect attempts, the code expires. Request a new one.
- Correct a mistyped address using Change email.
- You can click Continue signing in in the sign-in email. Your email address and code will be filled in automatically.

- I have not received my Kruspin code
- Click Accept invitation in the email. The link verifies your address and accepts the invitation. You do not need an account or another code.
- The invitation is valid for 14 days and only for the email address it was sent to. If it has expired, ask the coordinator for a new one.
- The role the team invited you with determines what you see and can change in the wedding.

- Invitation to a wedding in Kruspin
- Coordinators, agencies and wedding venues create accounts. Invite the couple and others to the wedding.
- Enter your email address, accept the terms and verify your email with a six-digit code. No password needed.
- Then add your first name, last name, phone number and app language.
- For invitation responses, accommodation or changed details, your coordinator or wedding organizer can help fastest.
- Reply to the invitation through the organizer's link or QR code. You do not need a Kruspin account.
- Your response will appear in the guest list once the organizer approves it.
